Cookies
The small amount of storage we use to keep the website working.
This site uses only essential storage to keep your basket, favourites and sign-in working. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. Because everything we use is essential, we don't need to ask for your consent first.
What we store
- Your basket: remembers what you've added, so it's still there when you come back.
- Your favourites: remembers the bouquets you've saved.
- Your delivery date: remembers the date you picked while you browse.
- Sign-in: keeps you signed in to your account until you sign out.
- Checkout: remembers your progress during checkout, so nothing is lost if you go back a step. This is cleared when you close your browser tab or sign out.
- Secure payments: during checkout, our payment provider Stripe sets cookies that help keep your payment safe and prevent fraud.
Most of this is stored in your browser on your own device, not sent to us.
Managing storage in your browser
You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser's settings. If you do, your basket and favourites will be emptied and you will be signed out. If you block this storage completely, parts of the website, such as the basket and checkout, won't work.
