These terms apply to every order placed through this website. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Placing an order

• When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your basket. Our contract with you starts when we send your order confirmation email.
• Please check the recipient's name, address, phone number and delivery date carefully. We can't be responsible for a delivery that fails because these details were wrong or incomplete.
• If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your order is made and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

• We deliver ourselves across Burton on Trent and the surrounding areas.
• The days we deliver, our daily order cut-off time and the earliest date available are always shown at checkout, and on our delivery page.
• We deliver throughout the day and can't guarantee a specific time.
• If no one is in, we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe, sheltered place, and let you know where. If that isn't possible, we will contact you to arrange another delivery, which may carry an extra charge.
• If you would rather collect, just ask and we will arrange a time with you.

Your flowers

• Every bouquet is made by hand to order, so yours may differ slightly from the photos on the website. Photos are a guide to the style, colours and size.
• Flowers are seasonal and natural. If a particular flower or sundry isn't available, we will replace it with one of equal or higher value in a similar style and colour.
• Some flowers and foliage can be harmful to pets or people if eaten. Please keep them out of reach of children and animals.

Changes and cancellations

• Because our flowers are perishable and made to order, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them.
• If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't yet started preparing it, we will make the change or give you a full refund.
• Once your order has been prepared or is out for delivery, we may not be able to change or refund it.

If something is not right

• If there is a problem with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the bouquet, so we can see the issue.
• If something is our fault, we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
• We aren't responsible for flowers that fade early because of how they have been cared for after delivery. Our flower care guide will help them last.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed using your account.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
